Total Transformation - Leichhardt Project

We've been spending a little time over in the Inner West in recent weeks on the transformation of a gorgeous semi-detached home. When we got the call in, our clients were part-way through some DIY updates but the more work they did, the further away from ready they became and they were getting frustrated and exhausted.

They had wonderful vision for how they wanted to update the place, but executing it was proving difficult and time consuming. We worked with them to come up with a list of essential works (those that would bring them the biggest bang for their buck) and put together a schedule that would get them closer and closer to being about to put the house on the market.

Scope of Works:

- Compile a list of essential works including extensive rubbish removal, painting, cleaning, styling and staging, garden maintenance, plant selection and some minor remedial works

- Enforce deadlines for tasks to be achieved

- Partial styling using vendors own and professional furnishings

- Recommendations regarding recycling and up-cycling existing pieces

- Declutter strategies

- Real estate agent research and recommendations
