How much can you expect to pay for property styling?

A full furniture installation will depend on the number of rooms you want styled. Use the following as a guide for your pre-sale preparation budgeting:

1 bedder - $2000 - $3000

2 bedder- $3000 - $4000

3 bedder - $4000 - $6500

4 bedder - $6500 - $9000

5 bedder - $9000 - $12000

Furniture will generally be installed for 6 weeks. This allows furniture to be in during the week before your first open house, and in time for your photo shoot appointments. Then it remains for 5 additional weeks - which should be plenty of time to sell your home. If additional weeks are needed, an ongoing weekly hire fee will be included on your original quote from the styling company.
